2 Men Charged With Growing, Selling Marijuana In Pasadena Home

PASADENA, Md. (AP) -- Two men have been charged with growing and selling marijuana out of their Pasadena home.

Anne Arundel County police say tactical officers executed a search warrant late Monday afternoon at the home of 58-year-old Mario Caropreso and 25-year-old Michael Caropreso.

Police say they found 3.6 pounds of loose marijuana, 14 marijuana plants and 58 capsules containing marijuana. The estimated street value of the drug was $38,000. Police also found a sawed-off shotgun, hallucinogenic mushrooms and other drug paraphernalia.

Each man faces numerous drug charges. A police spokesman could not immediately confirm the relationship between the two men.
