Lee Corrigan Talks Baltimore Marathon Following Boston Bombings

Lee Corrigan of Corrigan Sports and Director of the Baltimore Marathon, which will be running on October 12th, talks about the tragic events in Boston today on The Scott Garceau Show with Jeremy Conn. Lee talks about how this will affect the running of the Baltimore Marathon this year. He then goes on to praises the Baltimore City Police and other Emergency personnel is helping of the Baltimore Marathon in the past. Corrigan goes on to reassure the people that they will be ready the best they can for anything, but its difficult to say nothing will happen in a marathon so large but they are going to take every precaution that they can. Lee expects some where around 26,000 to 27,000 runners in this years event. After the events in Boston Lee was on the phone with the Baltimore Police Department, the medical team, and Office of Emergency Management of Baltimore, to discuss what they can do prevent another situation the best they can.
