JOPPA, Md. (WJZ) -- New information on a fatal accident involving a CSX train in Harford County.

Investigators say 37-year-old Kevin Scott Street of Aberdeen was struck and killed walking along the tracks in Joppa just after noon.

He was wearing earbuds at the time.

The operator of the train tried to alert Street by sounding the horn, but the victim apparently didn't hear the warning.

Firefighters assessed the train for any hazards; none were found.

The train had three locomotives and 20 cars. It was heading from North Bergen, N.J. to Jacksonville, Fla.
