Man Arrested In Rape Of 9-Year-Old In Baltimore
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Authorities say an Ecuadorian national in the U.S. illegally has been charged with raping a 9-year-old girl in Baltimore.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials say 31-year-old Henry Estrella-Cordova was arrested Wednesday near a bus terminal in Silver Spring. He has been charged with second-degree rape, assault and other offenses in the alleged crime, which Baltimore police say occurred around May 7.
ICE turned Estrella-Cordova over to Baltimore police. He will face deportation after his criminal case is resolved.
