Driver Charged In Fatal City Hall Crash Back In Court
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—The man charged in the death of a longtime city worker will be back in court Thursday.
Forty-three-year-old Johnny Johnson is set to be arraigned Thursday afternoon.
Johnson was behind the wheel of the car that hit and killed veteran city employee Matthew Hersl last month, just outside of City Hall.
He is charged with nine criminal counts, including vehicular homicide and a slew of drug offenses.
