Woman Indicted On Negligent Homicide By Automobile

SALSIBURY, Md. (AP) -- A Pennsylvania woman has been indicted on charges of negligent homicide by automobile and impaired driving in the death of her 11-year-old daughter in a car crash in Salisbury.

Thirty-nine-year-old Tabitha Dobrzynski of New Kensington, Pa., was indicted on numerous other charges Monday by a Wicomico County grand jury.

Dobrzynski had been charged earlier in the Aug. 5 accident that killed Sophia Dobrzynski, but prosecutors dropped those charges in January. Wicomico County State's Attorney Matt Maciarello said then that a blood test administered by the Maryland State Police crime lab came back negative for oxycodone and benzodiazepine.

Maciarello tell The Daily Times of Salisbury Monday that prosecutors had a private company analyze Dobrzynski's blood.
