Army CID Identifies Body Found At APG
ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md. (AP) -- U.S. Army investigators have identified a body found on Aberdeen Proving Ground property.
The Criminal Investigation Command at Quantico, Va., said Tuesday that the body of 43-year-old William Ralph Almsteadt of Edgewood was found Sunday afternoon in waters near Atkisson Dam, Abington. CID said he had no known affiliation with the Department of Defense.
Almsteadt's body was found by a passer-by.
His death is being investigated by CID.
