Possible Landing Gear Problem Ties Up Runway At BWI

LANSDOWNE, Md. (WJZ) -- A possible landing gear problem ties up the runway at BWI Marshall Airport.

Delta Flight 1425 from BWI to Atlanta made a non-emergency landing Wednesday afternoon for a potential mechanical problem.

The flight, which carrying around 150 passengers, returned to BWI and landed safely without incident.

The aircraft was then inspected and taxied to a gate.
