Partially Decomposed Body Found In Westminster
WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) -- State police say the partially decomposed body of a man was found in a wooded area in Westminster.
Police say investigators from the Carroll County Sheriff's Department had been searching the wooded area for a missing person when they found the body Thursday morning.
State police homicide detectives are investigating along with sheriff's department investigators.
The body was taken to the State Medical Examiner's office in Baltimore for an autopsy. Police say they don't expect to identify the body until after the autopsy.
