3 Men In Elkridge Charged With Motorcycle Thefts
ELKRIDGE, Md. (WJZ) -- Three men are behind bars, charged with several motorcycle thefts.
Luis M. Ramos-Vasquez, 21, and Bartholomew Brazoban, 34, both of Silver Spring, and Assad Alfa, 30, of Elkridge, were arrested and charged with three counts of theft and three counts of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
The first incident was reported Sept. 26 in the 7700-block of English Oak Road in Elkridge.
A resident told police three men circled his motorcycle, then fled in a silver minivan.
About 25 minutes later, officers received a report of a stolen motorcycle in Prince George's County.
A GPS installed on the vehicle led police to a home in the 7700-block of Valley Oak Drive, which is near English Oak Road.
Once they arrived, they found the minivan in a garage along with three stolen motorcycles and various parts.
All three men are being held at the Howard County Detention Center.
