ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Annapolis police say a burglar ran out of a home after he saw the 93-year-old resident.

Officers say the woman heard noises behind her home early Saturday.

The Capital of Annapolis reports that when she went to investigate, a man in the home saw her and ran through a sliding glass door, which had been removed from its frame.

Nothing was taken from the home.
