Man Killed In Anne Arundel County Shooting; Suspect Information Released

HARMANS, Md. (WJZ) -- Anne Arundel County police are searching for the person responsible for a deadly shooting in Harmans.

They say Rene Filsfdelfo Leiva-Archila, 44, was shot in the upper body in the 7400-block of Railroad Avenue around 7:45 p.m. on Halloween by a masked man during some type of robbery attempt.

The victim was taken to an area hospital, where he later died.

Police believe this was a targeted incident.

The suspect is being described as a white male, 30-40 years old, approximately 5'10" with a medium to heavy build, black hair in a crew cut and a five o'clock shadow.

The suspect vehicle is described as a silver or white mid-size, four-door SUV.
