Former Ravens LB Brendon Ayanbadejo joins Zinno on "Last Call" to discuss the state of the team. One of the biggest reasons he says the Ravens are struggling is that they lost a lot of experience. All the veterans that have moved on from Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Matt Birk and Anquan Boldin, have left a void of on-the-field experience. Ayanbadejo said, "It's not so much they motivate you, they make you play better football because they know exactly what they are doing."

Ayanbadejo talked about how players respond to adversity. "We look to each other. We looked to the coaches. We looked to the players. Everybody really picked up the slack," said Ayanbadejo. "Winning hides problems. When you lose it exposes the problems you have," he continued.

Many fans have called into question John Harbaugh and his abilities to lead this team. "Just look at what he did. He's still the same guy that took a [bad] team and took them to an AFC Championship. He's still the same guy that won a Super Bowl," Ayanbadejo said. He added that he believes Harbaugh is the guy to lead this team going forward.
