WEATHER BLOG: Keep The Jackets Handy

High pressure will continue to push east Tuesday afternoon. Winds will continue to be on the breezy side out of the northwest helping to usher in cold and dry Canadian air. Winds will begin to subside Tuesday evening and overnight so the wind chill should not be a major factor. Temps will be CHILLY Tuesday night... dropping into the mid/upper 20s in the burbs to right around 30 in the city. Plenty of sunshine is on tap for Wednesday with highs only reaching into the upper 40s.

High pressure will move off the Atlantic Seaboard Thursday night and Friday allowing clouds to filter in associate with our next system which will drag a cold front through the region Saturday. This system will likely bring rain to our neighborhood Friday night into Saturday. Temps will, once again, drop significantly Sunday and into the holiday week. Keep the jackets handy!
