Former Terrapin Drew Nicholas joined Zinno on “Last Call” to go over the Terps latest win and discuss the team this season. Nicholas said the biggest question facing Mark Turgeon’s squad was their identity. They need to figure out what sort of team they want to be and who is going to be the leader. Nicholas also said that they are struggling to find a true point guard to run the offense.

Dez Wells, the team’s leading scorer, is best with the ball in his hands Nicholas said. Maryland will have a tough stretch coming up against three tournament teams from last year in their next three games against NC State, Pitt and Miami. “It’s a crapshoot,” Nicholas said as far as how they will fare. They could lose all three or win all three, especially with two of the three of the games at the Comcast Center.
