Man Killed In Collision With Cars In Forestville
FORESTVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County police are investigating a fatal pedestrian collision in Forestville.
Police have identified the victim as Irvin William Starks, 24, of District Heights.
Authorities believe Starks was struck by three separate vehicles on Saturday evening while crossing the intersection at Pennsylvania Avenue and Donnell Drive. Police say two of the drivers remained at the scene, but one did not.
Police believe Starks was crossing near or within a crosswalk but against a no-walking signal.
