HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)—A tractor-trailer overturned on northbound I-95, trapping one person.

That person was extricated Monday afternoon. Now cleanup begins because of the fuel spill.

The tractor-trailer crashed on the ramp to Route 32.
