Pa. Man Pleads Guilty To Selling Counterfeit Goods

BALTIMORE (AP) -- A Pennsylvania man who prosecutors say sold thousands of counterfeit goods, including military-grade integrated circuits, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy.

Hao Yang, 25, of Bloomsburg, Pa., entered the plea Monday in federal court in Baltimore. He faces a maximum of 10 years in prison at sentencing March 28.

According to his plea agreement, Yang and others operated companies in Maryland and Pennsylvania to import counterfeit goods from China and sell them in the United States.

Prosecutors say the items included hundreds of professional sports jerseys, DVDs, computer software and nearly 8,000 integrated circuits.
