Police Identify Man Fatally Struck By Car In Owings Mills
OWINGS MILLS, Md. (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police identify the man struck and killed by a car in Owings Mills.
Sky Eye Chopper 13 was over the scene Thursday afternoon on Reisterstown Road near Kenmar Avenue.
Police say Joseph Murphy, 58, was struck and killed while crossing the street.
It appears he stepped in front of a turning car.
The investigation continues.
