Steve Kolbe Reviews The NHL Draft And Previews NHL Free Agency

Steve Kolbe is currently a part of the Pittsburgh Penguins radio network, and formerly the play-by-play- man for the Washington Capitals.

Steve joined Ed and Steve to talk about the NHL draft over the weekend and NHL free agency which starts tomorrow.

Steve started by talking about why the Caps would avoid taking defensemen in the draft saying "the Capitals were happy with what they were able to do...never a bad thing to try to compliment guys you already have." As for free agency which starts tomorrow "there isn't as much buzz as there has been in the past...one name to throw out is Marty Brodeur he is perhaps the most interesting figure in the next couple of days as to where he will go."
