Baltimore County Police Investigating Essex Shooting
ESSEX, Md. (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police and Fire responded to reports of a shooting Monday night in Essex.
Just before 7 p.m. Monday, police responded to the are of Middleborough Road and Route 702 to find an adult male victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment, but his current condition is unknown.
An initial investigation indicated that the shooting occurred at Strawflower Road and Sandystone Road. The incident is being investigated by the Baltimore County Violent Crimes Unit.
