Weird Al Yankovich could be following up the success of his first #1 album with another first: performing at the Super Bowl. Fans of the parody singer have launched an online petition on to get Yankovich to perform at the 2015 Super Bowl halftime show.

It’s not a bad idea considering the amount of star power Yankovich could bring on stage with him from the original songs he parodied. Maybe even a Robin Thicke comeback! Too soon?

While three may seem like a tiny number, the FCC is still investigating if the on-air special did violate rules against indecency and profanity.

And for the record, these complaints come from three viewers out of the more than two million that watched the special.
