Gas Prices Dip Below $3 A Gallon In Parts Of Md.
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Gas prices are hitting an all-time low: just under $3 in parts of Maryland.

If you like what you're seeing at the pump now, just wait. It's expected to be below $3 all across Maryland before the end of the year.
Maryland is seeing the lowest prices at the pump since January of 2011.
"I think it's going in the right direction. I appreciate it," said motorist Angelo Delnegro.
Several factors are driving this downward trend.
"Weak global demand; the continued decrease in oil prices," said AAA Manager Ragina Cooper Averella.
Gas prices are dropping across the country. Three dollars and 10 cents is the national average and $3.08 for Maryland---and these prices are expected to dip even more: below three dollars, to be exact.
"Gas prices will continue to fall, probably another 10-20 cents a gallon by the end of the year," Averella said.
And if you want to save even more at the pump, AAA recommends using a grocery discount card, shaving off another 10 cents.
Some drivers look forward to spending that extra cash.
"Probably putting it towards student loans or eating out once or twice a week with my friends, which will be nice," said motorist Devin Seidel.
But not all motorists are impressed.
"When I was younger, it was like 60, 70 cents a gallon so this is really not a bargain," said motorist Ron Fowler.
"I don't think it has that kind of effect. We travel as much as we want to in spite of the prices," Delnegro said.
While the state average is $3.08, some areas are already below $3. In Salisbury, the average is $2.96 and in some parts of Baltimore, it's $2.91.
Seventeen states in the country already have an average below three dollars.
