More Volunteers Needed In Search For Missing Hoggle Children

CLARKSBURG, Md. (WJZ) -- Volunteers are once again needed to aid in the search for two missing Maryland toddlers who went missing in September.

The Maryland Missing Persons Network will be conducting another search for three-year-old Sarah and two-year-old Jacob Hoggle.

The two toddlers were last seen alive with their mother, Catherine Hoggle, who is diagnosed with a form of paranoid schizophrenia. Hoggle has taken police on a wild goose chase to find the children, with no solid leads.

She now sits in jail on kidnapping charges.

Volunteers are needed Saturday, November 22 for grid searches in Upper Montgomery County. Searchers need to be 18 years old and must be comfortable with off-trail searches.

Volunteers should come at 9:00 a.m. to the Germantown Community Recreation Center, located at 18905 Kingsview Drive. They will be briefed and put into search groups.
