UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) — Prince George’s County police say a 75-year-old is dead after he was hit by two cars while trying to cross the street.

Police say the man, identified as Oswaldo Augusto Mootoo, was fatally struck just before 12:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Police say Mootoo was attempting to cross the street while walking on Silver Hill Road in Suitland when he was struck by a car that did not stop after the collision. Police say while in the road, Mootoo was struck by a second vehicle, which also failed to stop.
