2 Baltimore Teens Arrested In Near-Fatal Shooting

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Two Baltimore teens have been arrested on attempted murder charges in a shooting earlier this month.

Baltimore police said Monday that Troy Goode and Tiquan Dinkins, both 18 years old, are charged in the shooting of a 23-year-old man who was shot three times, including in the face and neck, on Dec. 2 west of downtown. The man survived.

Goode and Dinkins are charged with attempted first-degree murder, conspiracy and weapons violations. No attorneys were listed for Goode and Dinkins in online court records.

Police say Goode was the shooter, and that Dinkins helped him.

Police did not say whether Goode and Dinkins knew the victim and they declined to discuss the motive.
