Baltimore Sees First Murders Of 2015

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore Police say the department recorded the city's first murders of 2015 early Saturday.

Police say two men were killed just hours apart on Saturday morning. Police responded to the 2600 block of Seville Avenue just before 1:30 a.m. for a report of a deceased man. When officers arrived they found a man fatally shot in the head. About five hours later officers were called to the 500 block of Queensgate Road, where they discovered a man with a gunshot wound to the head. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say a third man was shot in the head in Baltimore on Saturday, just after midnight on the 4500 block of Erdman Avenue. Police say the man died in the hospital on Saturday afternoon.
