Former Oriole and current MLB Network analyst Bill Ripken joined Bob and Terry to talk the 2015 Hall of Fame inductees and the baseball hot stove.
Yesterday, the baseball writers elected four new members to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Now, the attention turns to who might get elected next year. One former Oriole who has been discussed recently is Mike Mussina. Mussina spent the first ten years of his career in an Oriole uniform and totaled 147 wins. When asked if Mussina has been overlooked by the writers, Ripken replied “Here’s a guy that you can compare his numbers to John Smoltz. Mussina could embarrass you in the strike zone.”
