“We fill the chairs with newer patrons, some people who might not normally check us out, but because it’s restaurant week, they want to try Pappas restaurant… especially our new location and see what we have to offer,” Windle said.

Most restaurants offer lunch or dinner at bargain prices.

“Just to give people in the county a break from prices,” executive chef from the Milton Inn, Brian Boston said. “It gives them the opportunity to enjoy several restaurant during a couple week period.”

IL Basilico is one of more than fifty restaurants taking part.
