MorningStar Farms Spicy Bean Burgers Recalled Due To Peanut Ingredient

LANDOVER, Md. (WJZ)--Food officials announced they are recalling MorningStar Farms Spicy Bean Burgers because they may contain peanut, an allergen that is not listed on the ingredient .

Morningstar Farms, Giant Food, LLC say the product is safe to consume for individuals who do not suffer from a peanut allergy.

The flowing is being recalled:

MorningStar Farms Spicy Black Bean Burgers, 18.9 oz., UPC 2898971750, with a Better if Used Before Date of APR14 16 - JUN30 16

MorningStar Farms Spicy Black Bean Burgers, 9.5 oz., UPC 2898939207, with a Better if Used Before Date of APR14 16 - JUN30 16

Customers who have purchased this product should discard any unused portions and bring their purchase receipt to Giant for a full refund, officials said.
