Man Dies After 2 Shot In Northeast Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police investigate a deadly double shooting in Northeast Baltimore.
It happened around 2 p.m. Sunday in the 3000 block of E. Monument Street.
Police found two adults--a man and a woman--both with gunshot wounds.
The man, later identified as Victor Underwood Black, died from his injures.
The woman remains in the hospital. Her condition is unknown.
