Forsett Seeks Commitment, Open To Leaving Baltimore

Before the 2014 season, no. 29 Justin Forsett, who had bounced around from team to team with stints in Houston, Seattle and Jacksonville, had never been given the nod as a feature back for an offense. The NFL veteran wishes to end his journeyman status and find a team to settle down with, noting he'd ideally like to stay with the team who gave him his first starting opportunity.

In an interview on SiriusXM Radio, Forsett said "Yeah, definitely, I want to return back in Baltimore and play in this city but I'm really looking for a commitment." He continued "Throughout my whole career, bouncing back and forth — I want a stable place, stable team. Wherever that comes, you know, I'm open for it. So, I'm just playing it by ear right now and of course, I'll listen to any offers out there right now."

Forsett rejuvenated the Ravens running game in 2014 after a lack-luster 2013 running attack and the loss of Ray Rice. He finished the season 5th in rushing with 1266 yards, 8 rushing touchdowns and a Pro Bowl appearance.
