Argentina To Play Next Month At FedEx Field
NEW YORK (AP) -- Argentina will play exhibition games against El Salvador on March 28 at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland, and versus Ecuador three days later at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
The games, announced Thursday, are during the FIFA international match period, meaning top players should be available. Argentina's roster is likely to include Lionel Messi, Sergio Aguero, Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano if they are healthy.
Argentina and Ecuador are preparing for the Copa America next June and El Salvador for the CONCACAF Gold Cup the following month.
