
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Ravens cornerback Victor Hampton was arrested on Saturday in Charlotte, NC, for driving while impaired, according to our media partner The Baltimore Sun.
According to the Ravens, Hampton has been waived from the roster.

According to CBS affiliate WBTV, he was driving 100 mph in a 55 mph zone on I-77 near Westinghouse Boulevard. Hampton was also not driving alone, police say two passengers in the vehicle were charged with carrying concealed weapons, open container, and possession of marijuana.

The Ravens signed Hampton to a reserve-future contract in January.
