
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — The man charged with shooting at drivers in Maryland and at a National Security Agency building will now appear in court next week.
Hong Young was expected to have a bond hearing on Friday, but bad weather closed the courts. He’s charged with attempted murder and assault for a Feb. 24 shooting that injured a 61-year-old man near Arundel Mills mall.
