Baltimore Officials Announce Resources For Seniors

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Health Commissioner Leana Wen will announce a new initiative to provide resources and information for the city's seniors.

Rawlings-Blake will celebrate the "Taking Care of Mom and Dad" initiative on Tuesday morning.

The initiative is designed to assist caregivers who care for the elderly, and those who care for disabled individuals between 18-59 years of age.

Resources will be available at all Baltimore City Enoch Pratt Free Library locations.
