SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) — A person with knowledge of the agreement says free agent wide receiver Torrey Smith has reached a five-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers, pending a physical.

The 26-year-old Smith had 49 receptions for 767 yards and 11 touchdowns last season, his fourth year with the Baltimore Ravens.
