Police Looking For Third Man In Driveway Paving Scam

HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- A Howard County father and son are arrested for operating a driveway paving scam.

Police are looking for 22-year-old Ace Frank.

Ace is accused of using a poor quality sealant on customers' driveways.

Paul Frank, 48, and his 19-year-old son, Spanky, also helped in the scam.

The suspects made over $1,500. None of them had a contractor's license.
