Kevin E. Crutchfield, M.D. is the director of the Comprehensive Sports Concussion Program at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore.

Dr Crutchfield joined Ed and Ken to talk about concussion problems in football.

Dr. Crutchfield started off by talking about his reaction to the Chris Borland retirement from the NFL saying "I've got a mixed reaction, I'm actually quite pleased that our educational efforts on the effects of brain injuries are starting to sink in with people and they're now able to make educated decisions on what to do with their lives." Dr. Crutchfield also talked about how concussion issues have effected the number of players in youth sports and why enrollment is way down in football.
