Former Governor To Lead Party, Concert For Youth Council

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley is hosting a happy hour and concert in Washington.

The St. Patrick's Day Happy Hour and Concert on Thursday will bring together O'Malley and members of the Young Leaders Council at the Josephine Butler Parks Center in Northwest.

The council is part of O'Malley's political action campaign O'Say Can You See PAC, and offers a chance for young adults to talk politics and network.

Tickets are $40 for attendees under 30. Tickets for those older than 30 start at $100.
