Suspect Arrested For Attack On Woman, 2 Dogs
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Manhunt over. Baltimore City police arrest the suspect accused of attacking a woman and her dogs.
Brandon Gulliver, 26, faces a long list of charges.
On Sunday morning, police say he attacked a woman he knows in the 1800-block of Westwood Avenue.
He also severely beat her two dogs. One so badly abused, it had to be euthanized.
Gulliver is also a person of interest in a murder back in January on Carrollton Avenue.
Gulliver is facing charges of assault and aggravated animal cruelty.
The victim is recovering. Her other dog is being treated by Animal Control.
