Brenda Frese On Her Lady Terps Heading To The Final Four Again
Brenda Frese is the coach of the Maryland Terrapins women's basketball team which is in the Final Four for the 2nd straight year.
Coach Frese joined Ed and Steve to talk about the team's run so far and the upcoming game with Uconn.
Coach Frese started off by talking about "no, I certainly couldn't predict this kind of season to unfold...it's amazing when you set a bar for your team and they achieve that." As for facing Uconn and her history against that program Coach Frese said "in my time at Maryland we've played them three times and have been competitive for a half, so the next step is to compete for a full game." As for how Maryland matches up with Uconn and what advantages she sees Coach Frese said "we have guard play and have an inside and outside game."
