Rick Dempsey On The Early Struggles Of Chris Davis
Rick Dempsey is a former Orioles catcher who now works on Oriole broadcasts for MASN.
Rick joined Ed and Steve to talk about Opening Day at Camden Yards.
Rick started off by talking about if he would lead the Orioles on a slide down the orange tarp if it's raining saying "absolutely no chance in hell...tough to slide after knee and hip replacements." Rick also talked about Chris Davis and whether or not he can get back to his spring form during this season saying "they're always going to be pitching him backwards and be tough on him pitching him in...at least he is being aggressive, he's a hard read nobody wants to make mistakes with him." Rick also talked about Tommy John surgery and if the Orioles have any concerns about whether he can return to his form of before the injury.
