Delaware Man Pleads Guilty To Sex Abuse Of 13-Year-Old Girl

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A Delaware man has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl in Washington.

Twenty-two-year-old Robert Sanders III of Dover, Delaware, entered the plea Wednesday in Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Sentencing is set for June 23.

Prosecutors say in April 2014, Sanders went to live with a relative in southeast Washington. Authorities say Sanders engaged in sex acts with the victim, who was also visiting relatives in the home.
