WASHINGTON (AP) — AAA Mid-Atlantic says gas prices are up 8 cents over last week.

AAA Mid-Atlantic says higher crude oil costs have been pushing up gas prices in recent weeks. But the agency says gas prices are still substantially lower than recent years.
