
ARNOLD, Md. (WJZ) — Two people died in a multi-vehicle collision outside Annapolis Tuesday evening.
Anne Arundel County police say officers responded to the accident around 7:08 p.m. on the northbound side of Ritchie Highway at College Parkway in Arnold.

Valencia of Arnold, was southbound on Ritchie Highway and turned left towards College Parkway although he had a red signal, a preliminary investigation noted. The Sentra drove into the path of a GMC Suburban that 56-year-old Charles Michael Nossick of Severna Park was driving.

Nossick was ejected from the GMC and although transported to Shock Trauma, died shortly after.
