The theme of this year’s race is “Out of this World” in tribute to the Hubble Space Telescope that is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. The race features wacky and imaginative works of art that are human powered to travel on land, through mud or over water. The race course winds through downtown Baltimore’s neighborhoods and parks.
