Orioles Reinstate Flaherty, DFA De Aza
The Orioles have reinstated utility infielder Ryan Flaherty from the 15-day disabled list (May 12: right groin strain). In order to make room on the roster, they have designated outfielder Alejandro De Aza fro assignment.
The Orioles tweeted out the lineup for Wednesday's 4:35 p.m. game three versus the Houston Astros. Flaherty will be playing second base and Steve Pearce who has been filling in for the injured Jonathan Schoop will be in right field.
Flaherty appeared in two rehab games with Triple-A Norfolk, going 0-for-5 with three walks, two RBI and a run scored.
