Woman Dies After Being Struck By School Bus In Maryland

DERWOOD, Md. (AP) -- Police say a woman has died after being struck by a school bus in Montgomery County.

Montgomery County police say the public school bus struck the woman Thursday around 9 a.m. at the intersection of Crabbs Branch Way and Redland Road. Police say the driver of the bus was making a left turn when he struck 58-year-old Crucita Reynoso of Gaithersburg.

Reynoso was taken to the hospital but died of her injuries. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the call to reach investigators at 240-773-6620.
