
SILVER SPRING, Md. (AP) — State police say troopers arrested an alleged drunken driver who sideswiped a trooper’s patrol car.
Police say the collision occurred early Sunday morning on University Boulevard in Silver Spring. The trooper whose car was hit was helping another trooper who had pulled over a different suspected drunken driver. No one was injured and both drivers were arrested.
